All purchases must be paid in full before delivery can be scheduled.

These are the following modes of payment for online purchase:

These are the following modes of payment for in-store purchase:

Cash / Nets / Credit Card / Debit Card / PAYNOW / Paylah

If there is any outstanding payment due for the customer’s purchase, it is payable by cash only at the point of delivery of customer’s purchase. If payment by cash is not received in full upon delivery, MYSEAT.SG FURNITURE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to remove all delivered items back to its warehouse at once additional logistic charges will apply as well. Please refer to “GOODS HELD FOR CUSTOMERS” for more details.

We provide complimentary delivery and installation services to our customer for all the items purchased from us.

To qualify for free delivery, customer’s delivery location must be accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area. Please refer to “DELIVERY VIA STAIRCASE” for more details.

Please note that no selection of specific timing is allowed for our free delivery services as our delivery arrangement is based on most optimized routes. Dedicated delivery service can be request subject to availability. Relevant charges apply. Changes in delivery date should be made via email to delivery@gxtrading.com.sg at least three (3) working days before the stipulated delivery timing. Please provide the customer’s order number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent to the customer.

If the customer requested less than 3 working days, this change of the delivery date may subject to an $50 admin fee which is chargeable to the customer.

If the goods cannot be delivered on the customer’s preferred delivery date and/or time slot due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified at our earliest convenience. MYSEAT.SG FURNITURE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend the delivery date and timings should such circumstances arise.

Should the specified delivery address be inaccessible by an elevator (due to building infrastructure, elevator malfunction, Management refusal to let us use the elevator etc.) or on a different storey from the loading bay or ground floor, or if the goods do not fit in the elevator, additional charges will be at S$10 per flight of staircase.

All products purchased shall be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase and the customer shall bear sole and full responsibility for the failure to receive any product purchased if a wrong delivery address was provided.

If no one is at the delivery address to receive the goods during the stipulated delivery schedule resulting in a failed delivery, an S$30 delivery charge may apply to have the goods delivered to the customer at a separate date and time. This charge is payable before the delivery will be scheduled.

If the goods cannot be delivered into the customer’s premises in a non-hazardous manner, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. Unless the customer then accept delivery of the products under such circumstances, the products will be returned to our warehouse and the customer may be liable to pay a return transport charge of S$30. Thereafter, the customer have to make their own arrangements for delivery of the goods within 14 days. Goods not collected within 14 days will be subject to standard warehousing fees. Please refer to “GOODS HELD FOR CUSTOMERS” for more details.

Ready stock items must be delivered within 15 days from date of first delivery arrangement. For Customized items, delivery must be received within 30 days once the customers are informed that the items is ready to deliver. Goods held for customers beyond 30 days will be billed at a rate of $10 per day thereafter for each piece of furniture, up to a maximum of 45 days, after which customers must take delivery regardless of circumstances or forfeit claimant rights of title of the furniture purchased earlier without compensation.

Our furniture comes with warranty up to 10 years on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If the customer detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to contact@gxtrading.com.sg with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to the customer, and date of purchase. We will contact the customer and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for a identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. MYSEAT.SG FURNITURE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.

MYSEAT.SG FURNITURE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to void the warranty of a merchandise within its warranty period should the product be found to have been subjected to adverse conditions, not exclusively or limited to conditions such as bad weather, abuse, or placement of the merchandise in publicly accessible locations that causes the merchandise to be subjected to damage, intentional or otherwise.

Customers accept and acknowledge that they are fully informed of the following:

Upon delivery, the customer must sign to agree that the items have been received in good condition and that the customer’s order is complete. Should there be any damages or defects upon delivery, the customer must notify the delivery team immediately. The customer have the right to reject the damaged or defective items upon delivery (except for clearance, display piece, and free gifts) at no charge if the claim is valid. We will contact the customer within 3 working day for further action. Once the delivery order is delivered with no discrepancies, it is deemed that the order is accepted by the customer in good condition. Any claim made after the delivery team has left the customer’s premise will not be entertained.

Should there be discrepancies with the customer’s items, we aim to have the item available at the earliest available date. In the event an exchange cannot be made, MYSEAT.SG FURNITURE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to offer a substitute or refund.

All product dimensions provided are approximate. While we have tried to provide the best images and descriptions possible, we do not guarantee that details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the products due to the solid wood nature. Hence, we strongly recommend that the customer visit our showrooms to view the actual display. Please contact us before ordering if there are any doubts or queries regarding the item.

Colour and grain variations are natural characteristics of authentic wood surfaces. Since no two trees are exactly alike, these variations are evident in every piece of wood. Natural variations are softened somewhat by the application of toners and stains. These finish applications are not designed to eliminate, but to enhance the charm and unique characteristics of the natural wood. Although great care is taken to match colour and pattern, some variation must always be expected due to the nature of the various wood species. Therefore, again, due to the natural variation of colour and grain in the wood, there can and will be, slight variations in color and graining between our showroom samples and the actual finished product. These variations contribute to the natural beauty of using an organic material and are acceptable throughout the wood furniture industry. Variations within these standards will not be reason for replacement and shall not be deemed as defects.

Natural wood products will show knots, blemishes, splits and fissures that add to the distinct character of each exceptional piece and therefore these natural occurrences shall also not be deemed as defects.

MYSEAT.SG FURNITURE PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and excludes any liability from us for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by Law.

Cancellation of order should be done via email to contact@gxtrading.com.sg at least 72 hours before delivery. Please provide the customer’s order number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to the customer. Cancellation is not allowed for customised items after confirmation of order.

Any changes to items in the order should be done via email to contact@gxtrading.com.sg at least 48 hours before delivery. Please provide the customer’s order number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to the customer. Orders of customised items cannot be changed once they are confirmed.

Please retain all documentation for the customer’s proof of purchase. We will not entertain any requests (e.g. exchanges etc.) without evidence for proof of purchase.

If the customer are acting on behalf of the purchaser, we require a written statement from the purchaser indicating that the customer are authorised to act on their behalf. This statement must be signed by the purchaser.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of Singapore.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted here and copyrighted to MYSEAT.SG FURNITURE PTE. LTD.. Continual use of our website will be deemed to constitute an acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
