Warranty Coverage
We warrant that our furniture is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty periods vary by product and start from the date of delivery

What's Covered
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal residential use.
- Repair or replacement of affected parts (at Myseat.sg’s sole discretion)
- Labour and transportation costs for warranty-approved claims during the warranty period.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, pet damage).
- Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper cleaning methods.
- Colour and grain variation due to the natural characteristics of the wood
- Modifications by anyone not authorized by Myseat.sg.
- Use outdoors, unless specified.
- Display items.
- Products not purchased directly from Myseat.sg
How to Make a Claim
If you experience any issues covered under warranty:
- Email us at hello@myseat.sg.
- Attach your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and advise you on the next steps.
*All decisions regarding warranty claims will be made at Myseat.sg’s sole discretion and are final.
*Products repaired or replaced are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
