1. Introduction

Welcome to Myseat.sg (“the Company”). By placing an order with us, you (“the Customer”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Product Information

• Our furniture is made from solid wood and may exhibit natural variations in grain, color, and texture. These variations contribute to the natural beauty of organic materials and are acceptable throughout the wood furniture industry. Variations within these standards will not be a reason for replacement and shall not be deemed defects.
• Natural wood products might show black or red marks, knots, blemishes, splits and fissures that add to the distinct character of each exceptional piece. Therefore, these natural occurrences shall also not be deemed as defects.
• At Myseat.sg, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and information for all products listed on our website. We rely on details provided by our suppliers and manufacturers. However, errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such issues at any time, including after an order has been placed.

3. Customisation & Made-To-Order Policy

• We offer customization services based on client specifications. Custom orders may require additional processing time and may be subject to additional charges.
• Customers must review and approve design specifications before production begins. Changes after approval may not be possible or may incur extra costs.
• Custom-made furniture is subject to standard manufacturing tolerances. All custom dimensions are produced within an industry-accepted tolerance of ±5mm. Such minor dimensional deviations are inherent in carpentry and manufacturing processes and shall not be considered defects, nor shall they constitute valid grounds for rejection, refund, replacement, or compensation.
• Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or incorrectly made.

4. Orders, Deposits, Payments & Pricing

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as agreed upon during the purchase.
• All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, promotion and product availability without prior notice.

5. Production and Delivery

• Production lead times vary based on design complexity and factory workload. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of order.
• The Customer is responsible for checking that lifts, staircases, doorways, and access routes are sufficient for delivery prior to delivery. If the item cannot fit into the premises, the Company may provide solutions or modification services at the Customer’s cost, subject to additional charges.
• Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain disruptions, factory load, etc) will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
• Upon delivery, the customer must sign to confirm that the items were received in good condition and that the customer’s order is complete. Should any damage or defect be found upon delivery, the customer must notify the delivery team immediately. The customer has the right to reject the damaged or defective items upon delivery (except for clearance, display pieces, and free gifts) at no charge if the claim is valid. We will contact the customer within 3 working days for further action. Once the delivery order is delivered with no discrepancies, it is deemed accepted by the customer in good condition. Any claim made after the delivery team has left the customer’s premises will not be entertained.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within [3] days of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
• Refunds will only be issued for 

1. 1. defective or incorrect items upon verification by our team.
   2. Failed professional rectification attempt

• No refunds for:

1. 1. Custom-made items after production
   2. Change of mind
   3. Natural wood variation
   4. Installation dissatisfaction
   5. Delivery delays

• Refund timeline: 14–30 working days after written confirmation.

7. Warranty and Liability

• Our furniture comes with a limited warranty of [10] years against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

1. 1. Normal wear and tear
   2. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications
   3. Colour and grain variation due to the natural characteristics of the wood
   4. Any colour changes resulting from the natural oxidation, ageing, or environmental exposure of solid wood materials.

• Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.
• For surface defects, professional touch-up is the primary and industry-standard rectification method.
• Full replacement is considered only if:

1. 1. Defect is structural, AND
   2. Touch-up has failed after the rectification attempt

• Cosmetic dissatisfaction after completion is not considered a defect.

8. Care and Maintenance

• Customers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of solid wood furniture.
• Recommended care instructions will be provided and must be followed to maintain product longevity.

9. Prohibition of Malicious Claims

Any claim that is found to be fabricated, exaggerated, misleading, or repeatedly made after professional resolution may result in immediate termination of service. The Company reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future transactions and to recover all investigation, administrative, and legal costs incurred.

10. Google Review & Social Media Misuse Clause

If a customer:

• Publishes defamatory content
• Threatens negative reviews to demand compensation
• Uses online platforms for coercive leverage

The Company reserves the right to:

• Demand content removal
• Suspend goodwill compensation
• Pursue legal remedies under Singapore law

11. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

12. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted here and copyrighted to MYSEAT.SG FURNITURE PTE. LTD.. Continual use of our website will be deemed to constitute an acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
