Sky@Eleven Condo

A clean slate done right — this project at Sky@Eleven Condo showcases a full carpentry overhaul of the wet kitchen, hallway panels, bedroom, and internal doors.

After an unsatisfactory prior renovation, we were brought in to tear everything down and rebuild from scratch. The result: a quiet, refined expression of modern living with a focus on clean lines, functional flow, and tonal harmony.

From the fluted wall panels that conceal doorways to the muted matte cabinetry in the kitchen, the palette stays cohesive and understated. Light-toned laminates give the space a soft, almost monolithic appeal — durable yet elegant, and perfectly suited for a minimalist interior with warmth.

This is more than repair — it’s restoration through craft.
